To start a new project, a client has only to present a general idea of what type of art is needed and in what style, using what media to create it, how will it be produced physically or is request for a digital output. And, who will be the end user (UX) for this artwork? Sounds simple? Sometimes, creating art can be incredibly easy.

Choosing Your Desired Creative Path

From the beginning pencil on paper is the first set of tools in the design process here at Chromatic Path. Not all of the sketches are pretty, many not presentable, yet there are always three great ideas that reveal themselves towards the end of the deposit cost. One design; subtle and logical and one design; over the top. And, finally the last one being a compromise of all ideas. It is the Chromatic Path process that requires time to work, time to process, refine and deliver.

At the Chromatic Path, each hour is priced the same US$75hr for concept sketches, illustration, web design, copywriting, photography, social media content development. The trade is creative, the skill is to make exactly what is needed for each unique individual, and for each original project design.

Original Illustrations

Many sketches will never see the light of day. Some are shown only to clients as being good is what they were not, thus they will not be on the internet, yet there are a few available. Some are quick and simple, others require hours of revisions just to get them brand compliant. Style sheets and Style guides may assist with the organization and production efficiency, yet when it comes right down to it, time is priceless.

Print Designs

Professional photography is needed for branding a product brochure. Stock images are simply not enough these days to establish a brand as unique. And, if there are more than a dozen products, then branding a product brochure requires text, text and more text.
